The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, and then to the address that the buyer provides. The buyer will receive an email every time he orders a product online.

The purchaser must pay for shipping expenses.

The order will be available in KORA PROJECTS once the purchaser confirms the payment. The customer will be able to view his order in “My order list”. The original order includes the delivery expenses and the taxes.

KORA PROJECTS will ask the customer to choose a delivery place, and will ask the customer to be as specific as possible when providing home or office address. Delivery time will be from 24 to 72 hours (working days).

KORA PROJECTS will inform to their customers about the good issues from the distribution warehouse by an email.

The delivery is considered completed once the customer receives the product directly from the driver. The driver has a delivery control system. The customer can check the product, and lodge a complaint if necessary. The purchaser is also allowed to reject the product if he finds it damaged or in band condition.

All reserves and complaints must be addressed to KORA PROJECTS by an email that is available on KORA PROJECTS website.

All the products can be returned 7 days after delivery according to the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

The customer must notify his intention via email. KORA PROJECTS email the indications necessary to proceed with the return of the product.

The return costs will be borne by the purchaser.

The refund to the customer’s bank account will be done in 7 days after KORA PROJECTS receives the merchandise.

The return process will not proceed in case the product has been used by the customer.

The products must be returned properly protected, in the packing box, in perfect condition (not damaged or dirty), with all the accessories, instructions, and documentation. They must be returned to the address provided by KORA projects in the email.

In case that KORA PROJECTS does not accept the product returned as it is evident that it has already been used by the purchaser, the product will remain for 30 days in the distribution warehouse for the customer to claim it in that period of time.

All packages must contain the name, the address, and order number; otherwise the product cannot be returned.

All expenses will be borne by the customer. He must ship the product correctly boxed and protected so that it reaches its destination in perfect conditions.

It is possible to carry out returns for the same price. Once the product has been returned, KORA PROJECTS will check the condition of the merchandise to proceed to refund. Shipping expenses are excluded.

KORA PROJECTS will send a notification to the purchaser upon reimbursement when the product is returned.
